CitizenPlus helps people practice for naturalization civics tests. Contact us through the contact page.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email, and password hash
• Optional interview date and state or territory
• Quiz attempts and progress
• Purchase records from Freemius when you buy a pass
• Privacy-friendly analytics events (page views and funnel steps)
• Essential cookies needed to keep you signed in

How we use data

We use this information to run the product: create accounts, save progress, grant access, personalize state-specific questions, and understand which study steps help people pass. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed by Freemius as merchant of record. Their privacy policy applies to card data. We never store full card numbers on our servers.

Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies store your session token so you stay logged in. Analytics may use Plausible and/or first-party event logs. These help us improve the funnel without invasive ad tracking.

Your choices

You can request account data deletion through the contact page. You can also sign out at any time from your dashboard.

Security

Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes. Production traffic should use HTTPS. Access tokens are short-lived JWTs stored in httpOnly cookies where possible.
